Holly & Associates Mission Statement:

We will be at the forefront of our industry by providing our clients with a great product and absolutely superior service; by serving our clients with care and consideration; by standing by our warranty so as to guarantee client enthusiasm; by being active responsible citizens of our community; and providing a safe and harmonious environment for our team. A portion of our profits will always go to Sonoma County homeless and youth charities.

The owner, Janver Holly, began working in construction at age 17. Throughout college Janver continued to work in construction part-time. After college he spent 5 years working with kids before returning to graduate school. Janver Holly started Holly Construction in 1984 as a means to the end of finishing school. After completing graduate school, Janver’s life long love of construction was fully rekindled and construction became his chosen career. Holly Construction was incorporated in 1999 and became Holly & Associates, Inc. General Building Contractors. Janver Holly has continued to be active with various Sonoma County youth and charitable organizations.
